ReplixAI processes payments through Lemon Squeezy. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. We encourage you to fully evaluate the platform during this period before subscribing.

Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of any subscription payment — initial purchase or renewal — if you are unsatisfied for any reason. To request a refund within this window, email support@replixai.com with your registered email address and order number.

After 7 days from the payment date, refunds are not available for the current billing period.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the payment date
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Services or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Objections to AI response quality where the free trial was not used to evaluate the platform

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@replixai.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. No further charges apply after cancellation.

Annual plan cancellations do not receive a prorated refund for remaining months unless requested within the 7-day refund window.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@replixai.com with subject line “Refund Request”, your registered email, and your Lemon Squeezy order number. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
