Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the ReplixAI platform, website, and all associated services. It supplements our Terms of Services and applies to all business customers and authorized users of ReplixAI.

By using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP in full. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.


1. Intended Use

ReplixAI is a B2B customer support automation platform designed for businesses to handle inbound customer support messages on Instagram and Facebook Messenger. The platform is intended for:

  • Automating responses to customer-initiated inbound messages

  • Providing customers with accurate information about products, services, policies, and availability

  • Reducing response times and support workload for business teams

  • Providing analytics on customer support activity

All use of the platform must align with this intended purpose.


2. Permitted Uses

You may use ReplixAI to:

  • Respond automatically to inbound customer queries on your Instagram Business account(s) and Facebook Page(s)

  • Train the AI on your own legitimate business content (FAQs, product information, policies, pricing)

  • Configure human handoff workflows for complex or sensitive conversations

  • Monitor support analytics and conversation history via the dashboard

  • Manage and update your knowledge base and AI response settings


3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use ReplixAI for any of the following. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive.

3.1 Spam and Unsolicited Messaging

  • Sending unsolicited messages to users who have not initiated contact

  • Using the platform in combination with other tools to send bulk or broadcast messages

  • Circumventing Meta’s 24-hour messaging window restrictions

  • Any activity that violates our Anti-Spam Policy

3.2 Deceptive and Fraudulent Activity

  • Impersonating any person, business, or organization

  • Creating fake accounts or fake business pages

  • Generating misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content

  • Claiming to be a human agent when sincerely asked by a customer whether they are speaking with AI

3.3 Harmful Content

  • Generating or distributing content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory

  • Producing content that promotes or facilitates violence, self-harm, or illegal activity

  • Generating adult or sexually explicit content

  • Creating content that exploits or endangers minors

3.4 Illegal Activities

  • Using the platform to facilitate any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law

  • Facilitating fraud, money laundering, or financial crime

  • Selling or promoting illegal products or services

  • Violating intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of trademarks, copyrighted content, or trade secrets

3.5 Platform Integrity

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of ReplixAI

  • Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data that do not belong to you

  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform

  • Circumventing any rate limits, access controls, or security features

  • Using the platform to test or probe for security vulnerabilities without our written permission

3.6 Data Misuse

  • Collecting or harvesting personal data from customer conversations for purposes other than customer support

  • Selling, sharing, or transferring customer conversation data to third parties

  • Using conversation data to build contact lists for marketing purposes

  • Violating GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable data protection laws in your use of the platform

3.7 Resale and Sublicensing

  • Reselling access to ReplixAI to third parties without our written consent

  • Building competing products on top of ReplixAI‘s infrastructure

  • White-labeling the platform without an explicit white-label agreement with ReplixAI

3.8 Meta Policy Violations

  • Using the platform in any way that violates Meta’s Platform Policies, Instagram’s API Terms, or Facebook’s Developer Policies

  • Using the platform with accounts that do not meet Meta’s requirements for business messaging access


4. Content Standards

All training content you upload to ReplixAI, and all use of the platform, must meet the following standards:

  • Accurate: Training content must be factually accurate and reflect your actual products, services, and policies

  • Lawful: Content must not promote or facilitate illegal activity

  • Respectful: Content must not be defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful

  • Your own: You must have the right to use any content you upload (do not upload copyrighted material you do not own or license)

We reserve the right to remove training content or AI configurations that violate these standards.


5. Compliance with Third-Party Policies

Your use of ReplixAI must comply with:

It is your responsibility to ensure your use case complies with these policies. If you are unsure whether a particular use is permitted, contact us before proceeding.


6. Monitoring and Enforcement

ReplixAI monitors platform usage for violations of this AUP. We may:

  • Review AI configurations and training content flagged by automated systems

  • Investigate reports of policy violations submitted by users or third parties

  • Contact you to request clarification or changes to your configuration

  • Suspend access pending investigation of potential violations

  • Terminate accounts found to be in violation of this policy

We will generally notify you before taking action unless the violation is severe (e.g., spam, fraud, illegal activity), in which case we may act immediately.


7. Reporting a Violation

If you believe a business is misusing ReplixAI in violation of this policy, please report it:

Include:

  • A description of the activity

  • The Instagram handle or Facebook Page involved

  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, message content)

We investigate all reports confidentially and will take action where warranted.


8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or platform policies. Material changes will be communicated to active users via email with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
