No. ReplixAI is a customer support automation tool, not a marketing platform. It does not send bulk messages, growth DMs, cold outreach, or engagement campaigns. It handles inbound support conversations — messages customers initiate with your business.

ReplixAI handles repetitive, high-volume tier-1 queries (pricing, availability, FAQs, policies) so your team can focus on complex issues that actually require human judgment. Our human handoff feature ensures that any conversation that needs a person gets routed to your team immediately, with a full context summary.
Most chatbot builders use rigid decision trees — the user has to click a button to navigate a menu. ReplixAI uses RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation): the AI reads the customer's actual message, searches your business knowledge base, and writes a natural, accurate response. It feels like a conversation with a knowledgeable support agent, not a menu system.
ReplixAI connects via Meta's official APIs using OAuth. After signing up, you'll be prompted to log in with your Facebook/Instagram account and grant the required permissions. No passwords are stored — only secure access tokens. The entire setup takes less than 5 minutes.
No. The setup is fully no-code. You connect your account, upload your training content (plain text, CSV, or PDF depending on your plan), and activate the AI. No code, no developer, no technical knowledge required.

Free Trial & Starter: Plain text (.txt) documents — paste in your FAQs, product details, store policies.
Growth & Business: CSV files, PDF documents, plus plain text. You can upload product catalogs, policy documents, support guides, and more.

Most businesses are fully set up and live within 10 minutes. This includes connecting your account, uploading training documents, and activating the AI. You can start handling real conversations the same day you sign up.
Not yet. ReplixAI currently supports Instagram Direct Messages and Facebook Messenger. WhatsApp Business API integration is on our roadmap. Join our mailing list to be notified when it launches.
ReplixAI can answer any question that's covered in the content you upload. Common use cases include: product pricing and availability, store hours and location, return and refund policies, shipping information, service details, booking inquiries, and general FAQs. If your training content covers it, ReplixAI can answer it.
If ReplixAI cannot find a relevant answer in your knowledge base, it will give a graceful fallback response (which you can customize) and optionally trigger a human handoff notification — so your team knows to follow up. It will never make up an answer or provide inaccurate information.
Human handoff (available on Growth and Business plans) allows ReplixAI to detect conversations that require a human — either because the question is outside its knowledge, or because the customer specifically asks to speak with a person. When triggered, ReplixAI pauses automated responses for that conversation, notifies your team, and provides a full conversation summary so the agent has full context before they respond.
Yes. You can customize how the AI introduces itself, the tone of responses (formal vs. conversational), fallback messages, and out-of-office replies. The AI's answers are also shaped by the content you train it on — so the more your training documents reflect your brand voice, the more on-brand the responses will be.
Business Hours Mode (available on Growth and Business plans) lets you define your operating hours. During those hours, you can choose whether ReplixAI handles all messages automatically, assists your team, or defers to your team entirely. Outside business hours, ReplixAI takes over completely. This gives you full control over when AI runs and when humans do.
Yes. ReplixAI automatically detects the language of the incoming message and responds in that language. No manual configuration needed. This is especially useful for businesses with international or multilingual customer bases.

Yes. ReplixAI uses industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (TLS), access-controlled infrastructure, and secure token-based authentication. Customer conversation data is stored securely and is never shared with or sold to third parties.
Yes. ReplixAI is designed with data privacy in mind. We collect only the data necessary to provide the service, provide mechanisms for data access and deletion requests, and do not use customer conversation data for any purpose beyond serving your account. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
No. Your customer conversation data is not used to train shared AI models. Your account's knowledge base is private to your account only.
Yes. ReplixAI integrates exclusively through Meta's official Instagram Graph API and Messenger Platform API. We do not use unofficial APIs, automation scripts, or any method that violates Meta's Platform Policies. Our integration has gone through Meta's review process for the required permissions.
Yes. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by visiting our Data Deletion page or emailing support@replixai.com. We process all deletion requests within 30 days in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get access to core features including 1,000 messages, 1 Instagram and 1 Messenger connection, and the RAG AI engine. No commitment needed.
When you reach your plan's message limit for the month, the AI will stop sending automated responses until your plan resets at the next billing cycle, or until you upgrade to a higher plan. You'll receive an email notification when you're approaching your limit.
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of a subscription renewal if a technical issue on our end prevented you from using the service. Refunds are not issued for change of mind or unused messages. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Yes. Choosing annual billing saves you approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. Annual plans are available for all paid tiers (Starter, Growth, Business).
