Data Deletion

ReplixAI respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains what data we hold, how it is stored, and exactly how you can request its deletion — whether you are a ReplixAI business customer or an end user (customer of a business using ReplixAI).


1. Types of Data We Store

Business Account Data (ReplixAI Customers) If you have registered for a ReplixAI account, we store:

  • Your name and email address

  • Hashed password or Meta OAuth token

  • Billing and subscription records (managed via Paddle)

  • Training content you have uploaded (FAQs, product documents, policies)

  • Platform usage and analytics data

  • Your connected Instagram/Facebook page identifiers and access tokens

End-User Conversation Data If you are a customer who has messaged a business using ReplixAI, we may have stored:

  • The text content of your inbound messages

  • The AI-generated responses sent to you

  • Basic metadata (timestamp, platform identifier)

End-user conversation data is retained for 90 days by default and then automatically deleted. Businesses can request earlier deletion on your behalf.


2. Automatic Data Deletion

The following data is automatically deleted on a schedule without any action required from you:

3. How to Request Account Deletion (Business Customers)

Option A — Self-Service (Recommended) You can delete your account and all associated data directly from your ReplixAI account settings:

  1. Log in to app.replixai.com

  2. Navigate to Settings → Account

  3. Select Delete My Account

  4. Confirm deletion

This will immediately deactivate your account and queue all associated data for deletion within 30 days.

Option B — Email Request Send an email to support@replixai.com with:

  • Subject line: “Account Deletion Request”

  • Your registered email address

  • Your connected Instagram or Facebook Page name (if applicable)

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.


4. How to Request Data Deletion (End Users / Customers of Businesses Using ReplixAI)

If you are an end user who interacted with a business’s chatbot powered by ReplixAI, you may request deletion of your conversation data. Send an email to support@replixai.com with:

  • Subject line: “End-User Data Deletion Request”

  • The name of the business whose chatbot you interacted with

  • Your Instagram username or Facebook profile name (so we can locate your data)

  • The approximate date(s) of the conversation(s)

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email.


5. What We Delete

Upon a verified deletion request, we delete:

  • Your account profile and credentials

  • All training content associated with your account

  • Conversation logs and message history

  • Analytics data linked to your account

  • OAuth tokens for your connected social media accounts

  • Billing records (note: Paddle retains transaction records as required by financial regulations; we cannot delete those on their system)


6. What We Retain After Deletion

Some data must be retained for a limited period even after a deletion request:

7. Meta-Required Data Deletion

ReplixAI is a Meta-approved integration. In compliance with Meta’s Platform Policies, users may also request deletion of data collected via the Facebook/Instagram login directly from Meta. This page serves as our Meta-required Data Deletion callback URL.

If you used Facebook/Instagram login and wish to revoke access and delete associated data:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites

  2. Find ReplixAI and click Remove

  3. This revokes our access token

  4. Email us at support@replixai.com to confirm full data deletion
