Anti Spam Policy
Effective Date: March 1, 2025
Last Updated: May 16, 2026
ReplixAI has a zero-tolerance policy for spam. This policy defines what constitutes spam in the context of our platform, what ReplixAI does to prevent it, and what responsibilities our business customers (“Users”) have to ensure our platform is never used for spamming.
1. What Is Spam?
In the context of ReplixAI, spam is defined as any unsolicited, bulk, repetitive, or deceptive messaging sent to users who have not initiated contact or explicitly consented to receive messages.
Examples of spam include, but are not limited to:
Sending mass promotional messages to Instagram or Messenger users who did not message your account first
Re-engaging users who have not interacted with your account in a meaningful period with unsolicited marketing content
Sending the same message repeatedly to the same user
Sending misleading or deceptive messages designed to manipulate user behavior
Using automated tools to create fake engagement, fake reviews, or fake interactions
2. How ReplixAI Is Designed to Prevent Spam
ReplixAI is architecturally built as an inbound-only response platform. This is the most fundamental anti-spam measure:
No outbound initiation: ReplixAI cannot and does not send messages to users who have not sent your business a message first. Every automated response is a reply to a customer-initiated conversation.
No bulk messaging: There is no feature in ReplixAI for broadcasting a message to a list of users.
No cold outreach: ReplixAI does not provide any mechanism to contact users who have not engaged with your account.
No message scheduling to external lists: ReplixAI cannot send messages to imported contact lists.
Rate limiting: Our system enforces per-conversation response limits to prevent repetitive message flooding.
These are not optional settings — they are fundamental to how the platform is built.
3. User Responsibilities
As a ReplixAI customer, you are responsible for ensuring your use of our platform does not constitute spam. You agree to:
Use ReplixAI exclusively to respond to messages customers send to you
Not attempt to use ReplixAI in combination with other tools to circumvent its inbound-only design
Configure your AI training content to produce accurate, helpful, non-deceptive responses
Not train the AI to generate promotional, sales, or marketing content in response to general customer queries
Comply with Meta’s messaging policies, including policies around re-engagement messaging windows
Comply with applicable anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM (USA), CASL (Canada), and GDPR messaging requirements (EEA/UK)
4. Meta Messaging Windows
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) enforces a 24-hour messaging window for standard interactions — businesses may only send messages to a user within 24 hours of the user’s last message, using the standard messaging API. ReplixAI operates within these constraints.
Businesses must not attempt to work around Meta’s messaging windows by:
Sending follow-up messages under false pretenses to reopen a messaging window
Using message tags inappropriately to message outside the standard window
Violation of Meta’s policies will result in account suspension by Meta and/or termination of your ReplixAI account.
5. Reporting Spam
If you believe a business using ReplixAI is sending spam or abusing the platform, please report it:
Email: support@replixai.com
Subject: “Spam Report”
Please include:
The Instagram handle or Facebook Page name of the business
A description of the messages you received
Screenshots if available
We investigate all reports and will take action up to and including account termination for confirmed violations.
6. Consequences of Violations
Violation of this Anti-Spam Policy may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination of your ReplixAI account
Reporting to Meta for violation of their Platform Policies
Reporting to relevant anti-spam authorities where required by law
No refund for the current billing period
